Love this family owned company. Very understanding of family and work life balance.

Can get very busy and due to growth losing the small family owned feeling.

The health benefits are good. ok pay, decent hours.

Cons

The supervisors lack training and experience. Don't expect to have complaints taken care of. You will be signaled out and treated poorly. Supervisors are hand picked by their own friends so no room for advancement or to be treated fairly. There's a high turnover rate and with the numerous issues that have gone unresolved. I lost faith in the management team who walk around nit picking human errors and avoid integrity based complaints.
