Pros
Great place place to work if you have prior experience in design and built environment (architecture, interior design, urban design, graphics, etc). However, within the Design Org. the learning curve is fairly steep.
Cons
The various Design branches (or offices) have different practices and methods when it comes to design, process, and documentation. Part of this is because of the nature of the work itself. However, some of the churn results from the company's interaction and relationship with its clients. Not necessarily a bad thing, just different.
