Pros

Decent pay, options to work from home part of the week, and a set schedule. Opportunities for overtime several months out of the year, and several growth opportunities in the department and other parts of the organization. As my first "corporate" job, I've really enjoyed all the perks (ESOP, 401k matching, PTO, paid holidays, and all the parties and catered food). Really friendly/easy going customers in a B2B setting - most just want information, and the ones who are confused or upset are usually professional and courteous.

Cons

Call volume fluctuates each month and can be very heavy at certain times of the year.
