Don’t get training your promised also guys who have never been in this industry really mess things up a lot

They are transparent and corporate always has a pulse on what's going on at the ground level.

Cons

There's a lot of change and growth, so they do struggle with keeping up with internal processes to match what we're trying to deliver to clients.
