Pros

Good company and benefits. Lots of time off. And overtime. Good co-workers. Best company I have worked for. Bosses are pretty cool.

Cons

Sometimes deadlines are ridiculously short.

Pros

Great culture and values, family oriented, respectful and professional environment while also fun. Good benefits. Company is stable and growing.

Cons

Difficult to move up as there are not enough opportunities in customer support. However, there are more opportunities if willing to change departments/branches within the company.

Pros

Freeman is a very employee centric company. The Freeman family really cares about the happiness and the work life balance of their employees and it really shows. While the working atmosphere can be highly stressful at times the generous PTO offered allows you to "step away" when needed.

Cons

Overall stress from trying to keep up with the deadlines with a very heavy workload.
