Love this family owned company. Very understanding of family and work life balance.

Cons

Can get very busy and due to growth losing the small family owned feeling.

Pros

The work environment is friendly and management is very open, they will work with you on your schedule when needed. It's a steady and reliable part time job.

Cons

Not as much room for advancement as I would like, and you will work at least one Saturday a month as a part timer.
