Well compensated for the job you do, great support staff, professional environment, excellent training.

Cons

Contact Center is understaffed, at times volume is a little hard to handle.

Pros

Very supportive company with both equipment and management to new employees. Some current employees have been with Freeman for a long time (over 15 years).

Cons

Working on getting better with onboarding new employees.
