Pros

the values freeman is built on are ones that i value personally, so working for a like minded company is great. freeman, overally, really makes efforts to make employees feel valued. the benefits are really good, and i think they really try to offer the best they can. the executive team is trustworthy.

Cons

the workloads can be heavy. the consideration for your personal time can be overlooked, at least in my area (I.T.) individual departments can forget to show appreciation and work to motivate during stressful times. advancement can be tough. lower management does not always seem to match the skills of the senior management.

Pros

- Employees across all business lines are wonderful and a pleasure to work with - LOTS of autonomy in certain positions - Supportive environment - Transparent in most cases

Cons

- Disorganized. Freeman has acquired many companies and allowed branches to operate independently which does not work as the company continue to grow. - A mentality of "that's how we've always done it" in some areas, but leaders are actively working to change this. - Telecommuting and remote work options are only available in certain departments and are not applied consistently.
