      Pros

      Freeman St. Paul has a very close knit group of co-workers. Hard work is not unnoticed and there are a lot of opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      We really need more help in the carpenter shop. The carpenters rarely get a day off during our busy season and it wears on all of them.

      Pros

      Employees are treated with the care and personal attention that I would only expect at a small company, Actual leadership (not just management), Employee owned Stock,Healthcare contribution, Retirement contribution, Ample opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      In spikes throughout the year you must be ready for large amounts of overtime. It really takes a year to get comfortable and thoroughly good at your job here. When the workload for the day dictates, you are done with work when the work is done, not when your shift is "over".
