Pros

From senior management, sales department and all the way down to the entire everyday operations teams, this company is very well run. Starting as a small family run business in Iowa to a now highly industry respected global corporate giant. Company is still privately own, day to day family operated and still growing. From generation to generation family employees always welcome.

Cons

Trade show work hours and days can be brutally long and tiring. Including weekends and holidays. In some cases lots of traveling, too.
