Pros

Freeman is a privately owned company that truly invests in their employees. Freeman is a great company to work for and I'm very proud to be a part of the Freeman family.

Pros

The management for the most part is great most: • Think outside the box • They don't micro manage • Benefits are very good • Profit sharing • Believe in pushing you along a career path Other: • Lots of places to grow • Family type of atmosphere • Family owned and employee owned • Ability to travel…sometimes a lot. • Compensation is a little above industry norm.

Cons

Cons: • Travel can be a lot at time • Getting things done in a timely fashion can be difficult with the size of the company • Increase in pay is steady but a slow go.
