Pros

Great people and a collaborative environment. The benefits are better than most companies. I've been through the recession with this company and upper management's strategy was incredibly smart. We are the leader in the industry.

Cons

Salary is low for job expectations. Many hours, lots of weekends, work life balance is tricky.

Pros

Benefits are slightly above standard,

Cons

No room for advancements, spread thin so expect to work on-demand over time, little to no equipment so expect to jerry-rig all sorts of things, and the biggest issue of all... no formal training! its the blind leading the blind from bottom to top!

Pros

Depending on department, mangers give you work life balance.

Cons

It’s a clicky company. There is no standards. If you’re a favorite you get away with anything! If you’re not then there’s consequences. No accountability for management! The culture and values is a joke and because of this, mgmt is running the company into the ground! The lack of intelligence is definitely lacking!!
