Pros

Nice building but not a great learning environment. The pay was acceptable. Hours are all over the place but at the end of projects you get your time.

Cons

Everyone that works there seems like if they give you knowledge they loose some kind of power. I have been in this business my entire adult life and have trained many people. Maybe it's that I enjoy watching people succeed and learn. I didn't get this here, as a new person it seemed like I was in the way.

Pros

Overall, great people to work with. Most of the employees were professional and laid back. Workers have the latest industry software. There is potential for getting rewarding, creative assignments. Owners are great people too, very fair.

Cons

Pretty much as with all companies if you start with a low salary, it is impossible to reach market compensation rates. Some projects are mundane and some deadlines have too quick of a turnaround to create good work. Some project managers are less than professional. The size of the company is a bit overwhelming.
