Pros

They have pretty good benefits package & 401k. They are global so if you wanted to transfer at some point you can.

Cons

They have HORRIBLE management! No leadership development. Just micromanagers. They need to learn how to mentor & develop others ... Learn to pass the torch!

A lot of overtime. Can be overwhelming sometimes. Need more employees to accommodate overlap
