Pros

Pay is ok. Expect to work a ton of overtime to make any real money - NO room for advancement opportunities

Cons

Heavy workload, BAD Graphics Manager, don't expect a day off or get sick, Manager loves to talk down to employees. Everyone works hard - goes unnoticed. A hot dog lunch is your reward.

Always working on something new and different. 401 and ESOP are strong. Family owned aspect is very noticeable. Making an effort to communicate more with employees.

Cons

Difficult to balance work and life, expected to work long hours for months at a time. Work is very seasonal. Limited opportunities for advancement.
