Pros

Good benefits is about the only good thing about the organisation, unfortunately. Wish there was more good things to say, but there really isn't.

Cons

Low pay, low raises, can only advance if you're related to someone. Nepotism is overtly encouraged

Pros

Got given a free personalised company mug Convenient location Decent redundancy package despite short length of employment Nice co-workers

Cons

Was given the aforementioned mug after being told we were being made redundant Office next to a murder scene Because we never paid invoices, people would frequently walk in to the office demanding cash for what they were owed
