Pros

You make your schedule weekly and as a part time representative there's even more flexibility than a full time representative.

Cons

Incestuous company, no growth unless you play the politics, work is not worth the pay, department is full of double standards and hypocrisy, and the drama is never ending since the department is young.

Pros

The highest leadership at the company have wonderful ethics, which makes you proud to work there.

Cons

It's very hard to get promoted unless you are in sales. They hire a lot of people in as VPs, especially in FreemanXP, and there are fewer worker-bees.
