Pros

Good co-workers Entry Level Positions Pay seems to be a tad higher than most AV companies (PSAV etc.)

Cons

Bad co-workers Too many chiefs, not enough Indians Supervisors are lazy, management is unfair A lot of know-it-alls A lot of responsibility Long hours I have been scheduled a 5 hour shift (no lunch) yet I ended up working 9 hours straight, and still got a lunch deducted that I didnt take. No reimbursement for 30 minute deduction 12 hour days sometimes

Pros

Great growing company, with amazing employees. Each branch really has a family feel. Employees work long hours with each other, so often have very close relationships.

Cons

This is no 8-5 job, but as long as you know that going in, it shouldn't be an issue. Give Full time employees a lot of PTO to make up for this.

Pros

Wonderful company. I work part-time because I go to school. They are fairly flexible with the hours that I work. I started off as $15 an hour and get a 3% raise every year. During the busy season I have the option to get more than my 20 hours, even into overtime.

Cons

This company is a great company.
