Family business with big heart and legacy

Pros

You can feel that Freeman is a family-run business the minute you walk through the doors: warm, welcoming, friendly. As a global company, Freeman has a 90+year legacy; in EMEA, the company is still 'starting up' (which suits me perfectly): lots of room and willingness to shape and mould to make Freeman EMEA a great place to work.

Cons

There's a lot to do. It feels like a lot of working practices have been adopted from other markets just to get started with something – often overly bureaucratic and 'corporate'.
