Toxic Office Politics

Pros

Small pockets of good colleagues.

Cons

Incompetent Agency Leadership who manage to skate by through office politics and nepotism. They pat themselves on the back for meeting quarterly goals yet don't pay employees accordingly, until they threaten to leave. Don't bother voicing grievances with HR, their objective is to protect the company. Does not listen to employee concerns and when employees do voice concern, they are considered problematic. Very toxic corporate culture. Inconsistent processes across different departments.
