Pros

Excellent salary and benefits. Opportunity for growth. Company is keen on cross collaboration among all lines of business. Growing DEI program. Management communicates daily/weekly/monthly on updates across all divisions of the company. Excellent place to work!

Cons

Being a large organization, there are times when higher-level decisions can be delayed. Significant amount of processes to adhere to. Multiple systems.
