Pros

They have so much trust in you to do your job. No micromanaging or someone breathing down your neck. It’s a huge company, but is still a big family.

Cons

In general, this career is busy, hectic, stressful, and will push you to the limit. If you can handle that and find the joy in producing an amazing event; it makes up for it.
