Pros

Great pay, bonuses and ESOP (at the time).

Cons

You are on call, 24/7. Once you are assigned to a show, you'll never get off of it. Ever. Boys club.

Thank you for expressing feedback about your experience. We understand that this is a difficult situation, and assure you that decisions about layoffs were not made lightly. We have a commitment to equal opportunity employment for all employees and applicants, and our Human Resources team supported the business to ensure the selection process regarding employment status were made in a fair and consistent manner. Factors including the business impact of COVID-19, current customer demand and short-term planned business were evaluated closely, and unfortunately Freeman had to eliminate or alter certain positions based on these factors. We appreciate your commitment and contributions to Freeman during your time with us, and we wish you all the best moving forward.

Pros

Great people (co-workers) who know how to work hard and still enjoy their time at the office.

Cons

Management is too busy and/or just doesn't care about the employees. Strange too, because the culture is all about 'family' (working). Pretty much a lie.
