Pros

I have coworkers who have become amazing friends. If you like producing events, this is the most respected company in the industry.

Cons

Lots of changes to upper management, too many priorities/projects which aren’t articulated clearly to the enterprise, causes confusion and bad morale.

Amazing benefits, Company is Family owned and you feel like they are try to do what is best for the workers, Generally flexible hours, opportunity for mobility inside the company

Cons

Work increases with big events, these events can be spaced in inconvenient times, They pay in the 30-50% market range, so they are not a high payer.
