Pros

Depending on department, mangers give you work life balance.

Cons

It’s a clicky company. There is no standards. If you’re a favorite you get away with anything! If you’re not then there’s consequences. No accountability for management! The culture and values is a joke and because of this, mgmt is running the company into the ground! The lack of intelligence is definitely lacking!!

Every show is different so not always the same people and environment.

Cons

Toxic management, they click together! Expect a lot out of an employee for not great pay. Long hours, each dept is out for themselves, no team work. High turnover.
