Freedom, flexibility and not being required to be in office

Cons

Some downsides at Freeman are that from the jump there was a lack of training and setting me up to be successful in this role.

Good room to grow, outstanding work / life balance, unlimited PTO, bonuses, 401 K bonus plans, biggest company in the industry

Cons

Hard to negotiate starting salary.
