Pros

Total work from home Can choose hours once hired Company equipment with a laptop included so this can lead to working from home any where if you have to travel. No need to lug a lot of equipment with you.

Cons

No much room for advancement. Seems like management chooses who they want to advance or succeed Middle man on everything, no other departments take calls you must follow up on everything if any billing questions or other issues that you may not have access to provide a response

Work hard, fun people

Pros

Good rapport with your coworkers-a lot of fun people. They became much more flexible during Covid, and they invested in rebounding back into the events industry.

Cons

It’s a work hard play hard type of place, which I really enjoyed. But that might not be for everybody. Also hours are unpredictable and difficulty staffing up post Covid.
