Pros

The clients are substantial companies but the work is not design-forward so it wasn't a challenge.

Cons

Freeman doesn't care about their employees, hands down. Their benefits are a joke. They string you along as if you're going to grow in the company but then let you down. The all hands meetings are so creepy and corporate with fake encouragements in the chat with a sea of old white faces on the screen. There are women in leadership but no people of color. Get with the times!

Pros

- Exciting Industry - Growth Opportunity - Competitive Pay

Cons

- Lack of leadership ability to strategically set vision, plan and execute - Leadership is toxic in parts of the organization (blame is pushed on subordinates) - Projects are temendously difficult to execute due to tenured coworkers, lack of processes and unstable/unpredictable technology stack
