Pros

Shrewdly run company that has rebounding with gusto after the events biz was decimated by Covid. Leadership is wise and caring and the culture has evolved into a more corporate/less old boys club in the last decade. Ability to WFH as needed as long as you're handling your biz.

Cons

Work can be a pressure cooker and work/life balance can suffer when the event cycle is in high gear. No more company ESOP. Hard to break onto major accounts since they're titghtly held by existing salespeaople, thus limiting career trajectories.

OT is available, co0workers are fun, job is fun… union employee’s are awesome!

Cons

Management can be inconsistent. If they don’t like you, you wont be there long. They constantly change their minds and take no accountability.
