Pros

Been here 4 months and terrible training and leadership. I was told by my director to post a positive review on Glassdoor only if I was happy and not post salary. What kind of leadership do they have?

Cons

Everything is bad. Low salary. Was told good bonuses were possible and got about half of my max bonus.

Pros

Benefits can be ok, depending on the manager they care about the employees. Corporate however has always made me feel welcomed and respected, they show lots of care for their employees and their opinions.

Cons

You will work your but off. Not much time off and the is tons of burn out. Only the Union matters here. The branch I worked under played lots of favorites, the management has tons of narcissistic tendency.
