Pros

Good place to work depending on a team/project. Some might be hectic and chaotic which is a nature of events business. Working on internal facing tools is more paced and planned.

Cons

Directions can change rapidly which contributes to stress and lack of sense of progress

Coworkers are experienced and are great to work with. The senior staff is very caring and I feel that they are great leaders.
