Have no qualms, everything was as expected and they take care of their employees

Pros

I would have to say that when I worked there the leadership (main Carrie Freeman) was one of the best parts. I think they worked hard to maintain a family environment. The work schedule was flexible which I really appreciated.

Cons

Immediate leadership was poor. As is the case everywhere, I think, people are put in management positions who really shouldn't be and who have zero people/management skills! Recognition for individual work was lacking, as is the case in a lot of places so it isn't only a Freeman issue.
