Pros

Good work-life balance and they are headed in a good direction with the digital team.

Cons

The culture here is very corporate and the management structure is disorganized from the top-down. The company is not very flexible and it is hard to make improvements with all the red tape.

Pros

Travel opportunities for work. People are awesome and executives foster a "family" environment to make everyone feel like a team. Freeman hires and promotes from within. Freeman is also the industry leader so the work is really exciting.

Cons

Work-life balance can be out of whack during the busy season and employees like to brag about how much they are working/stressed. A lot of the managers are awesome but if you get one bad one, you can be stuck. Definitely favoritism for people and if you have the "right last name" you'll get the promotions and stick around the longest.
