Pros

Corporate light atmosphere. There are some very smart and talented people.

Cons

It's a family run business and slow to adopt change and be innovative.

Pros

Freeman is very solid and does many acquisitions each year to grow their offerings for their clients. Overall a great company and a company that does care about their employees. Family owned is both a pro and a con and it's obvious you need to be on the "in" if you want to be promoted or continue employment.

Cons

Lots of politics for a family privately held company who wants it both ways of being able to run things as they (the family) wants and then running it as a Fortune 500 company. Everyone is overworked and expected to work 50-60 hours per week on average.
