Great place to grow and learn. A lot of opportunities to grow and hone your technical skills

Cons

Very toxic work culture environment. Very managerial heavy and it’s filled with managers who do not fulfill their tasks or provide their rapports support or career growth. No accountability between coworkers and managers, resulting in an imbalance of work responsibility placed in the work environment
