      Pros

      Just about every role here leads to the mission of saving lives via early cancer detection in blood work. Great place to be, especially if you want to want to work for a meaningful, mission driven company

      Cons

      Rapid growth sometimes leads to processes changing quickly. If you are not able to adapt to change, it could lead to unhappiness

      Pros

      **Relatively new hire (< 3mos)** Excellent workplace culture (true to their stated core values), with kind and welcoming coworkers/management. Well structured for onboarding and introduction (you're not just thrown into problems, lots of documentation and guides for settling in). Rapid growth allows for lots of freedom to contribute and make an impact internally and externally. Everyone here is ridiculously intelligent but I haven't experienced any arrogance—people are really interested in sharing expertise and helping everyone else out. Fantastic for cross-functional learning, including internal employee led/managed programming courses for non-coders and general knowledge-sharing Management highly approachable and sociable.

      Cons

      Imposter syndrome tbh Again, there's no arrogance so it's not a big deal, but I definitely feel like I would get crushed if we did trivia night LOL

      Pros

      While no company is perfect, at least Freenome tries to face its shortcomings and make improvements. Outstanding funding, mission, and people.

      Cons

      Some teams are stronger than others and there are some growing pains.
