      I wonder if the early accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity feedback of the logarithmic learning model was overestimated prior to the company’s first validation in a rush to get to market allowing a competitive position.

      Pros

      Depending on which group and what manager you have, Freenome is all right to work at. There are decent perks of employment (typical tech stuff like free food, free gym, etc). The people that you work with in the day to day are generally great, very smart and dedicated.

      Cons

      Freenome tends to take forever to make important decisions, and then last minute will suddenly decide on a course of action. Which is fine, but why would you waste so much time only to make a last minute decision? Communication between groups isn't the best either.
