Some of the most intelligent, dedicated and innovative people I've known used to work here.

Cons

... but all the good people are leaving because of the CEO, and he's so clueless that it's because of him. His leadership style is bullying, talking behind people's backs, humiliating people in public. He's great at self-congratulating and repeating 1950s phrases embedded in his repetitive script that really never says anything of substance.
