      Pros

      Working independent when able, taking PTO when needed. the company try's to move you together if you are married and close to it. Good pay.

      Cons

      You have to move when told, you have to rotate when told, you don't really have a say. Some of the supervisors are not qualified and don't know how to lead. have to work in remote locations. if you move from site to site they don't transfer your information, it's like starting from scratch.

      compensation, location if you live close to downtown

      toxic environment in Houston office...no guidance, management wants everyone to leave so they can keep jobs, most unprofessional behavior i have seen by management in my 20 years of career, I am willing to take pay cut to leave this place..

      The haul truck driving program was alright at first then about 6 months to about 1 year on the job was beginning to be way to repetitive and therefore became very monotonous so after almost 9 years on the same job I said to heck with this same old routine over and over , so I had finally had enough and I said goodbye to Freeport MacMoRan Inc.

      Cons

      to many eyes and ears on you and everybody else you had better watch what you say to anybody no matter who and how you say it as well and if you don't be careful then you could be seeing the Gate out , for good and you do not want to be black balled either so you will watch in you talk to and in what manner that you say what you say or you are Done !!!
