      If you need work they will give it to you. Seems to always be overtime if you want it.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime, the medical is not bad, all in all not to bad of a place to work. The job is a rotating 12.7 hour shift if your an operator.

      Cons

      Management will say there is no favoritism on the property, but out of the office in the field that is all there is, if your not one of the favorites you will get passed on advancement and training. Management has little respect for someone that speaks his mind and questions when told to do something even if you have 20 years experience in this field. After working my way up from the bottom and having years experience, new hires wages are almost the same as mine.

      Pros

      Good Pay and usually all the overtime you want. Quarterly bonus and an annual bonus as well. Also a pretty decent 401k.

      Cons

      HR meddles way too much in the affair of employees. Everyone is more scared of screwing up then actually doing there job. Management is inept and afraid to do much of anything and are in constant fear of HR as well.

      Pros

      There is a lot of exposure to major projects here. The pay is great, people are great. Most of the people who work here are older.

      Cons

      Management- vice presidents, ceo make all the major decisions. Also there is not as much initial education provided such as the majors but the opportunity to take whatever classes is available
