Pros

Best 401k I’ve ever seen

Cons

People are constantly fired for everything from actual incidents to the smallest thing. People are fired seemingly as a first resort. There are employees devoted to reviewing camera footage and finding policy violations (and initiating the process of firing you). They are also open about their desire to replace workers with AI. They really don’t care how hard you work, if anything the hardest workers are treated worse than everyone else

Pros

Provides more than adequate training. The engineering group works 4-10s which is nice. The current GM does a very good job.

Cons

Being on call can be inconvenient but the engineering group does have a schedule and it rotates who is on call.
