      Depending on the site the management is either very supportive or more command and control oriented. at the sites that are very supportive there are lot of development opportunities and it is an overall enjoyable atmosphere

      Cons

      depending on management's view some sites are open to doing a 4-10s schedule but other are unwilling to consider alternative work schedules which is problematic for most sites being located far from large population hubs
