The company makes sure develop mine engineers well providing rotations through multiple positions. Currently the company pays a housing stipend to help offset cost of living.

High cost of living in the area.

Pros

The benefits are amazing. A 5% match with an additional 5% ECAP is a huge plus. The work/life balance is very good. Good pay and bonuses based on personal and company performance are a huge perk.

Cons

Working at site can occasionally be tough being further from large cities.
