Pros

Complex mine and you can learn alot.

Cons

if you are liked by management you can get all the opportunities you want while other are left behind. Warning! Racism exist at all level at the Morenci mine especially if you work at the engineering office. If you are Black this is not a place to venture. If you are hard working you can learn alot on you own even if you are not trained or developed by the management team there. Only the liked light skinned get opportunities to grow and develop. They dont respect engineers here especially if you are international or on H1B. Run form this place if you can.
