Limited training.

Business Outlook

Pros

Good Balance between work and home. We also had opportunities to work extra hours if needed.

Cons

You will get short changed on training. If you get training, especially related to industrial electrical, you will get a compressed version. Typically if a trainer comes in, it's usually a sales pitch. If you want to learn more about a specific equipment to become a more efficient troubleshooter it will only happen over years of experience, because equipment specific training is mostly non existent.

Housing For Remote Morenci

Business Outlook

Pros

Good pay if you have Bachelors only

Cons

Dont take a position in Morenci or Bagdad AZ if you have other offers in areas you can find accomodation, the closest accomodation is at least 50 miles or an hr away that means 100miles commute a day. If accomodation is important to you stay away. Recent grads stay away from Morenci or Bagdad
