      9-6 hrs. Holidays and Sundays off

      Cons

      Job is designed to penalize you monetarily for vacation. More work and less pay. The company looks for various ways to not pay your bonus which will reduce you to base pay. Customers are being rewritten and loosing benefits without their knowledge

      It's an important job, we keep people safe,

      If there's an agent who is commiting fraud there will be no support from upper management to get them out. They are so focused on employee retention that they won't care who they are retaining and the dangers they place for the company
