I appreciate the fact that management is supportive and training is thorough. Benefits are outstanding! Lastly, this company doesn't just talk diversity they walk the talk. By far the most diverse workforce I've ever seen, top to bottom. Ethical company, best in the business training, high compensation, diverse workforce, excellent management, high expectations. Working with Freeway Insurance has been an absolute pleasure!

Uncapped commission, friendly coworkers but that’s about it.

Cons

If you’re in an area where you’re unable to make minimum required which they don’t tell you about you get no commission. This is why people leave the company. And the way they handle moving people up. They move them up and say you’re on your own and managers. Dms. They all are not taught what to do and literally have to figure it out in their own. Which makes things worse for the branch managers and employees because managers don’t know what they are doing. Dms don’t know what they are doing and vps and presidents don’t care because it’s under them.
