      Pros

      Uncapped commissions. Agent- 60k, Branch Mgr- 80k, DM- 90k. You are give the tools you need to succeed, it’s up to you to make the most of it. If you focus on doing your best, this job can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      You have to be a very driven person, self motivated, and a self starter. You get what you put in. Definitely, not a job for people who don’t like to work for what they want. Competitive Environment.
