      commission is pay base on how many up extra products/ services and agent can decide the amount of brokerage fee to charge. The more services customer brought and higher brokerage fee charging, the more commission you get.

      Cons

      Always need to Convince and push customer to purchase as many as possible extra services and test out the max out the amount of brokerage fee customer to maximize commissions.
