Pros

There are none. It’s a complete sweatshop and is now a call center. Other agents can steal your quotes, forced overtime, 6 vacation days and you can still lose a holiday. Soriano hires more Hispanic employees to give them a work visa who can barely speak English, look at the stats. Upper management lies and make monthly bonuses of $2500 from what the Sales Agents make, while the Sales Agents get 3% IF you write more than the limit they set.

Cons

Everything from the cheap software, having to clean and scrub the toilets in our office, the lies, forcing agents to add additional coverage to policies or get called out. They’re a joke and I’ll be getting my lawyer to get the pay they still owe me.

Pros

Nice General Manager/ nice office and location

Cons

No in-store management. Training is a joke. Horrible quoting system. Software is just as bad. No one in the store to help if you get stuck.

Pros

I find there are no pros to found at this place.

Cons

My experience at Freeway was extremely disappointing. The company severely lacks proper communication and structure, which often leaves employees feeling unsupported and frustrated. Expectations were unclear, management was unresponsive to real issues, and there was very little room for career growth. The training provided was minimal, and day-to-day processes felt disorganized at best. It’s also very concerning that employee feedback is often ignored. If you value a professional, transparent, and supportive work environment, this is not the place for you.
